Our Services

We provide personalized diet consulting services designed to support you in achieving your health goals. Please note that our services are intended to complement, not replace, professional medical advice.

User Responsibilities

As a user You agree to:

• Provide accurate health and dietary information.
• Use our platform responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

Payments

Payments must be made in advance. Refunds and rescheduling are governed by the following policies:

Refund Criteria

• A 100% refund will be provided if the appointment is canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
• A 50% refund will be provided if the appointment is canceled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled time.
• No refund will be provided if the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours (on the same day of the appointment) before the scheduled time.
• Patients with a subscription are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

Rescheduling Policy

• A rescheduling fee of ₹200 will be charged. This fee may vary in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
